Yes, 95% of our products are commercial grade, designed for durability and safety in high-use settings like membership gym, boutique gyms, cooperate office gyms, school gyms, hospitality gyms, and more.
Quality is indicated on each product page as residential, commercial (light), or full commercial. Full commercial equipment will work in any gym environment including large membership gyms.
Is my desired product in stock?
Unless labeled "Out of Stock" on our site, items are available. If your ordered product becomes unavailable long-term, we'll inform you promptly.
What are the shipping costs?
All items come with free shipping!
Is sales tax applicable?
Only orders in Maryland are subject to sales tax. All other states are exempt.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times are on product pages. Typically, once the item is in transit, it will reach your local freight terminals in 3-7 business days. Next a delivery appointment will be set up with you. UPS/FedEx deliveries are faster.
What shipping methods are used?
We use UPS/FedEx for lighter items and LTL Freight for heavier ones. Most products arrive unassembled at the curbside.
Are deliveries scheduled?
Freight shipments are scheduled. You'll get a call to arrange delivery time. Failure to accept may result in fees.
