All you need are dumbbells (a weight bench is also recommended). The weighted resistance of dumbbells will help you get fit fast.

What to Expect

  • Enter your email above.
  • Receive a welcome email.
  • Starting on the upcoming Monday OR Thursday after you sign up, receive your first workout email.
  • Emails will come Daily at 4:00 am for 6-weeks.
  • Perform the workout at a convenient time, preferably on the day sent.
  • Week 1-2: Foundational Strength and Conditioning.
  • Week 3-4: Progression and Intensity.
  • Week 5-6: Power and Performance.

FAQs

You will only need DUMBBELLS. For some exercises using your dumbbells on a WEIGHT BENCH will make the exercise easier and more effective.

So all exercises can be performed at home (if you have dumbbells) or at your local gym.

Your first workout email will come on the first Monday or Thursday after you sign up.

You will receive workout emails daily at 4:00 am.

No worries, you can just go back through email email in-box to work on any workouts you miss.

There will also be some rest days that you can turn into workout days :)
