The GROW turns a low pulley station into a rowing machine. It clips onto the cable, uses the machine's existing weight stack for resistance, and stores against a wall when you are done. There is no motor, no console and no power cord.

Fits: most Body-Solid, Powerline, Best Fitness and Pro ClubLine low pulley stations, including the G9B, EXM3000LPS, P2X, GFT100 and GDCC series.

What makes this different from a rowing machine?

Resistance comes from the weight stack you already own, not from a flywheel or a magnetic brake. You pick a plate, and every stroke pulls that exact weight. That makes the effort measurable in pounds rather than in damper settings, and it means one attachment replaces a second large machine on your floor.

Does it have a display or a stroke counter?
No. The GROW is a mechanical attachment with no console, no battery and no electronics. If you have seen a listing describing a magnetic brake or an LCD screen on this part, that listing is wrong.

Do I need a weight stack?
Yes. A pulley station with attached weights is required and is sold separately. The GROW supplies no resistance of its own.

Will it fit my machine?
It fits most low pulley stations. Body-Solid publishes a compatibility list covering the G9B, G10B, G1S, G3S, G5S, G6B, EXM300LPS, GDCC200, GDCC210, GDCC250, GFT100, GLA348QS, GLGS100, GLM83, S2FT, SCC1200G, the Powerline P2X, PFT100, PHG1000X and PLM180X, and several lat attachments used on power racks. How long does assembly take?
Well under an hour. Follow the manual in sequence and tighten all hardware at the end of the first step. There is an optional crossbar step if you need more space between the rower and the machine.

• Step 3, fitting the crossbar, is optional and only needed if you want more space between the rower and the machine.
• Day to day mounting is tool free. Line it up and hook it to the low pulley cable.
