How we evaluate equipment

We score equipment on build quality, measured specs against listed specs, warranty and parts support, footprint, and value at the price. Scoring weights change by category, because a treadmill and a massage gun should not be judged the same way. We say plainly which products we handled and which we evaluated on specifications and research only.
