Processing Time:
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Once processed, your order will be packed and prepared for shipment based on the shipping timeline specified for each item.
If there’s any unexpected delay, we will notify you immediately.
Delivery Method:
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking number.
- Orders under approximately 100 lbs will ship via UPS or FedEx ground.
- Larger, heavier, or multiple-unit orders will ship via LTL/Freight with a curbside delivery appointment.
Transit Time:
Once shipped, your order will be on its way to you. Ground shipments typically arrive within 1-5 business days, while freight orders usually take 3-7 business days on average.
Assembly Information:
Most products arrive unassembled and require some setup. The complexity of assembly varies by product. If you need more details on a specific item, feel free to reach out.

Cancellation/Returns
Cancel any order within 24 hours of payment. After 24 hours, most orders can still be canceled before shipping, with exceptions.
Customized or made-to-order products can't be canceled or refunded after 24 hours. We start production specifically for your order.
Protection Against Damage:
Orders come with a manufacturer's warranty and shipping insurance. If an item is damaged or defective, we'll repair or replace it.
Return and Refund Policy:
Your purchase is covered by a 30-day return policy, except for specific items outlined below. To return an item:
- Must be within 30 days of delivery or the manufacturer's return window.
- Item must be unused, unassembled, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- You cover return shipping costs.
- No restocking fees.
