The Seated Fit Test Beats the Chart
Height charts assume average leg length, and plenty of people do not have average leg length. Sit on the ball with your feet flat and hip width apart, sitting tall.
Your hips should end up level with your knees or slightly above them. If your knees sit higher than your hips the ball is too small, and if your hips sit well above your knees it is too large.
