Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time:
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Once processed, your order will be packed and prepared for shipment based on the shipping timeline specified for each item.

Delivery Method:
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking number.

• Orders under approximately 100 lbs will ship via UPS or FedEx ground.
• Larger, heavier, or multiple-unit orders will ship via LTL/Freight with a curbside delivery appointment.

Transit Time:
Once shipped, your order will be on its way to you. Ground shipments typically arrive within 1-5 business days, while freight orders usually take 3-7 business days on average.

Cancellation/Returns

Cancel any order within 24 hours of payment. After 24 hours, most orders can still be canceled before shipping, with exceptions.

Customized or made-to-order products can't be canceled or refunded after 24 hours. We start production specifically for your order.
