Body-Solid VKR30 Vertical Knee Raise and Dip Attachment
The VKR30 bolts onto the Body-Solid EXM3000LPS and adds a vertical knee raise and dip station to the frame. It is the piece that takes the gym from two simultaneous users to three, so a third person can train core and triceps while the other two are on the stacks.
Fits the EXM3000LPS only. Body-Solid does not list it as compatible with any other machine.
What the VKR30 adds

A third simultaneous user. The EXM3000LPS is rated for two people at once. With the VKR30 bolted on, three can train at the same time.

Hanging knee raises with your back supported. An oversized back pad and padded forearm rests hold you square, so the work stays in your abs instead of your grip and shoulders.

Parallel bar dips. Bodyweight dips for chest and triceps, using the same frame you already own.

No extra floor length. It mounts to the side of the gym, so the machine gets wider rather than longer.
How much room does the VKR30 need?
The attachment itself measures 40 in. long by 23 in. wide by 77.5 in. tall. What matters more is what it does to the gym. A bare EXM3000LPS occupies 91 in. by 73 in. With the VKR30 attached, Body-Solid publishes the combined footprint as 90 in. long by 104 in. wide by 83 in. tall. That is 31 in. of extra width, so measure before you order.

Which machines does the VKR30 fit?
The Body-Solid EXM3000LPS home gym only. It is not a freestanding tower and it will not mount to other Body-Solid frames.
Can I run the VKR30 and the MH30 multi hip station at the same time?
No. Body-Solid states the two cannot be installed together on the same frame. Pick one.
How much wider does my gym get?
From 73 in. to 104 in. Everything else stays about the same, and height goes to 83 in.
Does it really let a third person train at once?
Yes. That is the main reason to buy it. Two people work the independent 210 lb. stacks while a third uses the knee raise or dip station.
How does it ship?
Two cartons, 57.2 lb. total. The longer carton is about 58.7 in. It can ship alongside the gym or on its own.
Do I need to take the gym apart to add it?
No. The VKR30 bolts to the existing frame. Budget an hour or two and a second set of hands to hold it in place while you start the bolts.
