Body-Solid SPRLHD Leg Hold Down

The SPRLHD is a padded roller that mounts to a Body-Solid power rack the same way a J hook does. Its job is to hold your thighs down during lat pulldowns, so the weight pulls the bar and not you off the bench.

What difference does it make?

Form. Once you are pinned in place you can pull heavier without standing up out of the movement, which is where most pulldown technique falls apart. It also makes the lift safer at loads close to your bodyweight.

What else is it good for?

The 23 in. pad works as a rear foot support for split squats and as an elbow rest for preacher curls, so it earns its rack slot on more than one exercise.

What does it fit?

Body-Solid GPR series and Pro ClubLine SPR series racks, including the GPR400, SPR500 and SPR1000. It quick mounts and comes off just as fast.

Curbside means curbside. The driver brings the item to the end of your driveway or the curb and lowers it with a liftgate. Someone needs to be there to receive it, sign for it, and move it from there. Measure your doorways and the path to the room before you order.
