Body-Solid GLA400 Lat Attachment

The GLA400 turns a Body-Solid GPR400 power rack into a full pulley station. It bolts to the back of the cage and gives you a high pulley for lat pulldowns and a low pulley for seated rows, curls and shrugs, so you get cable work without buying a second machine.

It ships plate loaded, which means you hang Olympic plates on the loading pin. If you would rather select weight with a pin, the optional SP150 adds a 150 lb. selectorized stack in its place.

What does it fit?

The GPR400 power rack only. The open frame design tucks into the back of the cage, so the rack keeps its rear weight horn storage.

How much extra space does it need?

With the GLA400 attached, the rack grows to roughly 81 in. long and 80 in. tall. The width stays at 52 in. Allow about 28 in. of extra depth behind the cage before you order.

Can it be added later?

Yes. The GLA400 bolts on at any point without taking the cage apart. Ordering it with the rack saves you a second freight charge.

Curbside means curbside. The driver brings the item to the end of your driveway or the curb and lowers it with a liftgate. Someone needs to be there to receive it, sign for it, and move it from there. Measure your doorways and the path to the room before you order.

Cancellations & returns

Cancel any order within 24 hours of payment. After 24 hours most orders can still be cancelled before they ship, with exceptions. Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled or refunded after 24 hours, because production starts for your order.
