Shipping & Delivery
Processing time:
Order processing takes 1-3 business days. After that your order is packed and shipped on the timeline listed for that item in the Specs & Logistics section on this page. If anything is delayed, we tell you right away.
Delivery method:
You get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
- Orders under about 100 lbs ship UPS or FedEx ground.
- Larger, heavier or multi-unit orders ship LTL freight with a curbside delivery appointment. Liftgate service is included.
Transit time:
Ground shipments usually arrive within 1-5 business days. Freight orders usually take 3-7 business days.
Curbside means curbside. The driver brings the item to the end of your driveway or the curb and lowers it with a liftgate. Someone needs to be there to receive it, sign for it, and move it from there. Measure your doorways and the path to the room before you order.
Assembly:
Most products arrive unassembled and need some setup. How much varies by product; the Specs & Logistics section on this page lists the requirement for this model.
Cancellations & returns
Cancel any order within 24 hours of payment. After 24 hours most orders can still be cancelled before they ship, with exceptions. Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled or refunded after 24 hours, because production starts for your order.
If it arrives damaged:
Orders ship insured and carry the manufacturer's warranty. Note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign, then contact us and we repair or replace the item.
Returns:
You have 30 days from delivery, or the manufacturer's return window, whichever applies.
- Item must be unused, unassembled, in original condition and in original packaging.
- You cover return shipping.
- No restocking fees.
